RaidSlot is run by [OWNER TO FILL: operator's legal name]. Questions: [OWNER TO FILL: contact email]. Effective [OWNER TO FILL: effective date].
What RaidSlot keeps
- Your Discord account: your Discord id and name, when you use a RaidSlot command or button or sign in to the dashboard, and in which servers you're an officer (from the permissions Discord sends).
- Your signups: your answer to each raid (signed, late, tentative or absent), role, spec and character; changes to it after an officer confirmed the roster; your attendance; which bosses you sit out; the loot you soft-reserve; when an officer pinged you about a raid; and your raid progress and weekly lockout as Blizzard reports them.
- Your characters: name, realm, region, game, class, level, spec, item level and which is your main, linked from Battle.net or entered by hand, with your Mythic+ score and profile link from raider.io.
- Your settings: whether you opted out of DM reminders in a server, and, for officers, whether you get signup-change DMs.
Servers' raids, schedules, teams, time zones and settings, and the Warcraft Logs or softres.it links officers attach, belong to the server, not to you.
RaidSlot doesn't read your messages. The tokens Discord and Battle.net give when you sign in or link are used for that request only and not stored, except for Linked Roles: when you use it, RaidSlot stores an encrypted Discord token so it can update your role values daily, and deletes it when you delete your data or remove the app. RaidSlot never sees your passwords.
Cookies
raidslot_session keeps you signed in: it holds your Discord id and name, signed so it can't be forged, and lasts 7 days. raidslot_discord_state, raidslot_linked_roles_state and raidslot_bnet_state protect a sign-in, verification or link in progress and last 10 minutes. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.
Who else sees it
Discord shows raid messages and sends DMs. Blizzard's API and raider.io are asked about your characters by name, realm and region. The dashboard shows class, spec and item icons from Blizzard's image server (render.worldofwarcraft.com), so your browser asks Blizzard for them. If you use Linked Roles, Discord gets your main's name, item level and Mythic+ score, whether it's linked from Battle.net, and how many raids you attended. RaidSlot runs on Amazon Web Services.
Where, and for how long
The database is in AWS us-east-1. Its backups are kept for 7 days there, with copies in us-west-2 kept for 14 days. Server logs record each request's method, path and status and, for Discord interactions, your Discord id and the command or button; they're kept for [OWNER TO FILL: log retention]. Everything else is kept until you delete it[OWNER TO FILL: any retention limit for inactive accounts].
Deleting it
Press Delete my data on the dashboard, or remove RaidSlot from your authorised apps in Discord. Either deletes your account and everything above that's yours; raid messages then show the raid without you. Backups roll off within 14 days. /raidslot privacy in Discord says the same.
